Role description
We are looking for professionals with 3 to 5 years of relevant expertise in the business development domain and a flair for sales.
The ideal candidate would be confident and self-motivated to take ownership of the entire sales process from lead generation, prospecting, analysis, creating pitches, presentations and proposals to negotiating contracts, coordinating meetings & following up with clients to ensure timely implementation of the contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients in India and overseas
- Responsible from lead generation through to conversion
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Meeting monthly, quarterly & annual targets,
- Undertake smart calling, ensuring that the number of smart calls meets sales targets as set by management.
- Experience in closing large enterprise sales opportunities
- Developing ongoing customer relationships and up-selling where appropriate
- Participate in sales campaigns to drive revenue and increase product growth.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Microsoft Office Skills required.
- Capable of excellent time management.
